Our Story
Oryx Wheels & Tires was founded with a simple mission: make quality commercial tires affordable for Texas trucking companies. We saw how major distributors were overcharging fleet operators, and we knew there was a better way.
Starting with just a small warehouse and two employees, we've grown to become one of the largest independent tire distributors in Texas. Our advantage? Direct relationships with manufacturers and a commitment to passing savings directly to our customers.
Today, we're proud to be an authorized partner for both Onyx and Royal Black tires, offering premium quality at prices well below our competitors. We import containers directly from factories in Vietnam and China, shipping through the Port of Houston to our Dallas warehouse. By managing the supply chain ourselves, we eliminate the layers of markup that inflate prices in traditional tire distribution.
